When cold calling, the script you use is everything. It’s important to sound confident and friendly, but not too pushy or sales-y. Be sure to introduce yourself right off the bat and explain why you’re calling clearly. Ask questions about what they need help with or how your product can help them – be as specific as possible. Finally, once you’ve established a connection, ask for their contact information so that you can keep in touch!
