Sales Discovery Call

A sales discovery call is a conversation held between a salesperson and their prospect. The purpose of this type of call is to get to know the customer, understand what their needs are, and determine if there is potential for a sale. During the call, both parties should provide information about themselves and their interests; they should also ask questions in order to gain more insight into each other’s goals and objectives. This helps create an opportunity for collaboration between the two parties which can lead to further conversations or even closing a deal!
