When making a sales call, it’s important to have the right verbiage. You want your words to come across as professional, yet personable. Be sure to start off with a friendly greeting and introduce yourself properly. Then you can move on to discussing the product or service that you are offering in detail and explain why it would be beneficial for them and how they could use it in their daily life. Finally, close out your call by thanking them for their time and asking if they have any questions or concerns before ending the call on a positive note.
