One of the most important aspects in a successful sales call is having an effective structure. Start by introducing yourself and your company, then move on to understanding the customer’s needs. After that, present them with solutions that fit their needs and explain why it would benefit them. Finally, close off the conversation by asking for their commitment or inquiring about any other questions they may have.
