Sales calls can be intimidating, especially if you’re not sure how to best start the conversation. It’s important to start strong and make a good impression right from the beginning. Begin your sales call by introducing yourself and making it clear why you are calling. Make sure to keep it short and sweet! Ask questions like “How is your day going?” which will let them know that you care about their well-being before getting down to business.
