There are multiple KPIs you can use to measure success for a sales call. The most important one is conversion rate, which measures how many of your calls actually result in an agreement or sale. Other metrics that can be used include the amount of time spent on each call, the number of new leads generated, and customer satisfaction ratings from surveys after each call. All these metrics help inform and evaluate the effectiveness of sales calls.
