Sales Call Goals

When making a sales call, it is important to have some goals in mind. First and foremost, you should be trying to build a relationship with the customer by providing them with information about your product or service that they may find useful. You want to try and understand their needs so that you can offer them something of value. Finally, make sure that you are listening carefully and using any feedback from the customer to guide your conversation as well as shape future interactions.
