Sales calls can be tricky; it’s important to make sure that you provide useful feedback in order to help the person on the other end of the line improve. Most importantly, any comments should be constructive and focus on how an individual can use their strengths while working to address any weaknesses or areas for improvement. After all, nobody wants a salesperson who is too proud or unwilling to take criticism!
