Sales calls can be intimidating for some people, but they don’t have to be! If you’re new to sales calls, it’s important to understand the basics of why and how they work. Basically, a sales call is when you make contact with a customer or potential customer in order to introduce them to your product or service and try and convince them that it is worth their money. The main goal of any sales call should always be relationship building; if you can build good relationships with customers then more often than not the sale will follow naturally.
