When evaluating a sales call, there are many variables to consider, such as how well the prospect was engaged; were their questions answered; and was the pitch compelling enough to convince them. A good evaluation template will have sections for rating each of these aspects of the call, along with other areas such as how professional was the caller and whether or not they followed up properly after the call. This way you can get an accurate look at how effective your team’s calls are going.
