Sales call evaluation forms are a great way to assess how well your sales reps are performing. This makes it easier to spot areas of improvement and provide feedback to the team. The form should include questions like ‘how was the customer greeted?’, ‘what tactics were used during the call?’, ‘was there any upselling done?’, and so on.
