Sales Call Elements

Sales calls can be tricky, but there are certain elements that make them successful. First of all, you need to have a clear idea of why you’re calling and what it is you hope to accomplish. Secondly, make sure you know who your customer is: their needs, wants and preferences. Finally, provide value on the call by offering advice or solutions that will benefit the customer in some way. With these three elements in mind, your sales call should go smoothly!
