A sales call is an important part of the sales process. It involves a conversation with a customer or prospect in order to identify their needs, understand what they are looking for and how your product/service can help them. During the call, you will need to ask questions, listen carefully and use persuasive language to make sure the customer understands why your product/service is the best solution for their problem. Sales calls take practice but when done correctly, they can lead to increased revenue and happy customers!
