Sales calls can be intimidating, but with a few basics in mind they don’t have to be. First of all, remember that you are calling the prospect for their benefit. It’s important to build trust and rapport during the call so that they feel comfortable doing business with you. Secondly, make sure that your script is well thought-out and tailored to each individual customer. Finally, come prepared! Know everything there is to know about the product or service you’re offering so that any potential questions can be answered quickly and easily.
