Having an agenda for your sales calls is a great way to stay organized and make sure you cover all the important topics. An example of a typical sales call agenda could include: introduction, review of customer’s needs, discuss solutions that meet those needs, explain pricing structure or terms of sale, address any additional questions or concerns from the customer, close by thanking them for their time. By having this kind of prepared agenda in mind ahead of time you will be able to have more productive conversations with customers and hopefully get closer to making that sale!
