When it comes to cold call emails, there is no definitive answer as to how long they should be. Generally speaking, you want your email to be concise and clear; you don’t want to inundate the recipient with too much information. Ideally, a good cold call email should not exceed three paragraphs and have an overall length of no more than 200 words. That way, it’s easy for the recipient to quickly scan over the content and get all the necessary details without having their attention span tested!
