Cold calling and cold texting have one major difference: the medium. Cold calling is making an unsolicited call to a prospect, while cold texting is sending an unsolicited text message. Generally, when it comes to sales or outreach campaigns, cold calling tends to be more effective than cold texting due to its ability to make immediate contact with prospects and build relationships through conversations. However, both can still be used as part of an overall strategy for reaching out potential customers.
