Cold calling is an effective way to get leads and build relationships with new clients. But, it’s not as easy as just randomly making calls; there are certain tactics you should use in order to maximize your success. First, make sure you’re prepared for the call and have a script that outlines what you want to say. Second, be mindful of the time of day when you’re making your calls – research has shown that 9am-12pm and 2pm-5pm tend to work best. Finally, don’t forget to follow up after each call!
