Cold calling can be a tricky thing, but with the right script, it doesn’t have to be. When cold-calling for B2C organizations, you should always introduce yourself and your company first. Then explain why you are contacting them in friendly language. Keep up a positive attitude and make sure to listen carefully to their response before continuing on with more information about your services or product. Make sure not to sound robotic – people will respond better when they can hear someone’s enthusiasm!
