It’s typically done by salespeople who reach out to potential customers with the goal of selling their product or service. Common cold calling questions include, “What challenges are you currently facing?” and “How can I help you achieve your goals?” Cold callers must be knowledgeable about their product and understand the customer’s needs in order to make a successful sale.
