Cold Calling Practice

Cold calling is a great way to practice your sales and communication skills. Before you begin, make sure that you have done your research on the company and person you are contacting. When it comes time to pick up the phone, start by introducing yourself properly. Speak clearly and confidently so that your potential customer can get a sense of who they’re talking to before delving into any details about what you are selling or offering them. And remember: be polite! Even if someone isn’t interested in what you are offering, keep a friendly tone throughout the call.
