Cold Calling How Are You

Cold calling can be a tricky business – you want to sound friendly yet professional, all while keeping the conversation concise. One of the best ways to start a cold call is with an open-ended question like “how are you?” It’s not too forward and it gives the other person a chance to share something about themselves. From there, you can move onto your sales pitch or purpose for calling.
