When calling a FSBO seller, it’s important to have an effective script. You want to introduce yourself and explain your services in a way that is concise yet convincing. Start by introducing yourself and your real estate business; then talk about the benefits of working with you such as access to information, access to property listings, etc.; finally, let them know how you can help their specific needs. Be sure to end the call politely so they remember you.
