Cold calling into a business to offer your services can be an intimidating prospect. But, with the right script and approach, it doesn’t have to be! Start by introducing yourself and giving a brief description of what you do. Be sure to make it clear that this call is not a sales pitch but simply an introduction. Then ask if they have any problems or needs that your services might be able to help with before offering some specific suggestions on how you could potentially help them out. This will give them a chance to ask questions about what you’ve offered and hopefully lead towards further conversation or even setting up an appointment for further discussion down the line.
