Cold Caller Duties

A cold caller’s job is to make unsolicited calls to potential customers in order to generate sales leads. Cold callers must develop a persuasive sales pitch that will convince the customer of the value of their product or service, and then close the sale. In addition, they must conduct research on potential customers prior to making calls in order to determine whether they are appropriate targets for their company’s products or services. Cold calling also requires excellent customer service skills as well as strong communication abilities in order to effectively build relationships with customers and persuade them into making purchases.
