Cold Call Script Logistics

When preparing a cold call script, there are several logistics to consider. What is the goal of your call? Are you introducing yourself and your services or are you trying to set up an appointment with a potential customer? Who do you want to target for these calls? Knowing who your ideal customer is will help inform the rest of your script. Additionally, what time should you make the calls? You don’t want to interrupt someone’s dinner but at the same time, it’s best not to wait too long after they’ve opened their business in order for them to remember who you are!
