Cold call questions are important in sales because they help you determine the buyer’s needs. Some examples of cold call questions might include, “What challenges is your company facing right now?” or “What would be the biggest benefit to using our product?”. Cold calls can also provide an opportunity for more personal conversations which could lead to stronger relationships with customers. Asking well-thought out questions will show buyers that you’re knowledgeable about their needs and that you have a genuine interest in helping them solve their problems.
