Cold calling is a process of initiating contact with potential prospects or customers. It involves making unsolicited calls to people in an effort to generate interest and sales leads. Cold calling can be done both over the phone and through email, but it requires persistence and creativity in order to get results. In addition, cold callers must have thick skin so as not to take rejection personally.
