Cold Call Outline

Cold calling can be intimidating, but with a little preparation and practice, it doesn’t have to be. Start by researching the company you are contacting and writing down any points that make them unique or stand out from competitors. This will give you something interesting to talk about during the call. As far as an actual outline for what to say, keep your introduction concise and professional, ask questions about their business needs and goals, explain how your product/service could help meet those needs/goals, provide relevant case studies of success stories or testimonials from other customers if possible, then close by summarizing why they should consider doing business with you.
