Cold Call Opening Scripts

When cold calling, it’s important to have a good opening script. This should be short and sweet, but also make clear why you are calling. You want to grab their attention quickly, so start with an interesting statistic or fact relevant to the industry; this will help capture their interest right away. After that introduce yourself and explain what you do and how it could benefit them. Finally, ask for permission to keep talking – this shows respect for their time!
