Cold Call Hot Call

Cold calling is when a person contacts someone else with no prior contact or relationship. It’s usually used as an effective sales tool, but can also be used to build relationships and acquire new clients. Hot calling, on the other hand, is when you are reaching out to someone who has already expressed interest in your services or product. Both methods have their advantages and disadvantages; cold calls take more time while hot calls may result in quicker sales conversions.
