Cold calling is a great way to increase your sales, but it can be intimidating. To make sure you are prepared for a cold call, the Harvard Business Review has some suggestions. First of all, you should practice before making any calls. Then, do research in order to know what kind of questions to ask and which topics will be most relevant to your potential customer. Lastly, make sure that you have an organized plan of attack so that the conversation flows naturally and doesn’t feel too forced or scripted.
