Cold calling someone via email can be a tricky affair. You want to come across as professional and sincere, while at the same time not coming off too strong or aggressive. Begin your email with a brief introduction of yourself, followed by some details about why you’re reaching out for a meeting. Try to keep it short and sweet – no more than three sentences! Then close the message by providing contact information and offering to answer any questions they may have. This should give them enough information to make an informed decision about whether they’d like to meet with you or not.
