Cold call cowboys are salespeople who make cold calls to potential customers as a way of generating leads. They don’t work from an existing list or contacts, but instead, use their own creativity and strategy to find new people to contact. Cold call cowboys must be tough-skinned and persuasive in order to do well at this job because they often receive many rejections before getting any real success.
