Cold calling is a marketing technique in which you call people, usually strangers, to promote or sell something. It can be an effective way to reach potential customers and get your message out there. But it does come with its risks – namely the cold shoulder. People often don’t appreciate being contacted by someone they don’t know and may react negatively to your offer.
