phone etiquette
Cold calling can be tricky. You want to make sure you’re representing your company in the best light possible. The key is being polite and courteous. Speak slowly, clearly, and respectfully when introducing yourself and asking if they have time to hear about your product or service. Ask questions that show you’ve done some research on the person or company before making the call, but don’t pry into personal matters. And above all else, remember that a polite “No” isn’t necessarily a bad thing!
