Cold calling is a term used to describe the process of reaching out to potential customers who are not familiar with your company or its offerings. It’s called cold calling because you don’t have an existing relationship with the customer and they may have never heard of you before. A cold call case is when someone makes multiple attempts at contacting a customer, usually through phone calls or emails, in order to establish a relationship or sell them something.
