Cold calling can be a great advantage for small businesses. It allows them to reach out directly to potential customers and create relationships with those customers that could lead to more business down the road. Cold calls also give small businesses an opportunity to market their products or services in a way that they may not have thought of before, such as offering discounts or free trials.
