If you’re cold calling for business-to-consumer marketing, it’s important to remember that the customer is always right. Be polite and friendly on the phone and make sure they understand why they should invest in your product or service. A good tip would be to keep your pitch succinct and relevant – don’t try to cram too much information into a single call. And finally, listen carefully to what the customer has to say; acknowledge their concerns and answer all questions honestly!
